Mr. Hiller began his legal career in Western Colorado, where he handled insurance defense for auto policies and commercial liability in the oil and gas sector, along with business advising and liquor licensing. After relocating to Nashville, he counseled clients on copyright and intellectual property issues in the music industry before expanding into first-party property insurance coverage litigation. He has represented clients nationwide in state and federal courts on cases involving multimillion-dollar catastrophic losses.
