Madeline Krolczyk is an Associate in the Chicago office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Labor & Employment Law practice sections. Her practice focuses on defending clients in general tort liability, construction, and catastrophic loss litigation, with particular emphasis on trial preparation and case strategy. Ms. Krolczyk is experienced in managing cases from early evaluation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial readiness, working closely with clients to develop practical, results-driven defenses in high-exposure matters.
Ms. Krolczyk earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as a Rule 711 Student Attorney in the Felony Trial Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on courtroom and trial experience. She also participated in Loyola’s Business Law Clinic, advising clients on transactional and regulatory matters. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University.
