Overview

Madison Alvarez is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's San Diego office. She is a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss, Labor & Employment Law and
Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers Practice Sections. She represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury defense, employment disputes, complex commercial litigation and homeowners association and real estate cases.

Ms. Alvarez is experienced in managing all phases of civil litigation, from early case assessment and strategic planning through discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Her work includes developing comprehensive case strategies, preparing detailed witness and evidence summaries and crafting persuasive legal arguments to position cases for favorable resolution, whether through settlement or in the courtroom. She prioritizes efficiency and clear communication to advance her clients’ objectives while minimizing risk and disruption.

Ms. Alvarez earned her Juris Doctor in 2024 from California Western School of Law. She also holds a Master of Arts in environment, culture and media with an emphasis on environmental communication from the University of Miami.
