Overview

Madison Terry is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Tampa office. She is a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Law, Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law national practice sections and actively participates in the Homeowners Associations (HOA) interdisciplinary team.

Ms. Terry’ practice is shaped by her time as a Staff Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and her prior experience working for boutique litigation firms in the Tampa area. With a detail-oriented and strategic approach, Ms. Terry represents a wide range of clients and advises and defends businesses, employers and other professionals facing complex legal challenges in both state and federal courts. Ms. Terry is skilled in delivering responsive and thoughtful legal representation tailored to meet each client’s needs and achieve their goals.

Ms. Terry earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Ohio State University. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and worked as a teaching assistant for both Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
