Peter (Luke) Padia is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Atlanta office. Before joining FMG, Luke gained diverse legal experience across several sectors. At the Paulding County Magistrate Court, under Chief Magistrate Judge Martin Valbuena, Luke prepared daily legal memoranda on criminal offenses, contracts, and other legal matters. Luke also gained experience at a commercial litigation firm in Alpharetta, GA, where he represented plaintiffs in matters concerning whistleblowing, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Additionally, Luke worked with the in-house legal counsel at a transportation and logistics company on matters such as embezzlement, contract drafting, and class actions.
