Overview

Venus S. Esfandiari is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. She is a member of the Government Law and Labor & Employment Law Practice Sections. Venus brings a dynamic background in federal employment litigation, with a focus on developing persuasive legal strategies and crafting compelling arguments to support her clients’ claims.

Prior to joining FMG, Venus served as an associate attorney at a plaintiff-side federal employment law firm. In that role, she managed a broad range of responsibilities, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing written replies and developing case strategy memoranda. Her work was rooted in a client-centered approach, emphasizing clarity, precision and advocacy in every stage of litigation.

Venus earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she received a Transactional Law Certificate and was honored with the Red Pen Award for her contributions to the Emory International Law Review. She holds a B.A., with honors, from Georgia State University.
