Overview

Victoria Vasko is an Associate at Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP, where her practice centers on commercial litigation, directors & officers (D&O) liability and professional liability. She represents a wide range of clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, involuntary dissolution, unfair business practices and regulatory disputes before bodies such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Ms. Vasko has experience managing civil and regulatory disputes involving complex financial products, including structured products, REITs and other alternative investments. Her practice also includes defending attorneys and law firms in professional liability claims, as well as corporations, limited liability companies and executives in business torts and commercial disputes.

Ms. Vasko earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School with a Corporate Law concentration, where she received top marks in Securities Regulation, Corporate Finance and Business Planning. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
