Vincent Trang is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is based in the San Rafael office. He is a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, where his work focuses on employment law and related disputes.

Mr. Trang represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, with an emphasis on FEHA claims and wage and hour class and collective action litigation. He also advises companies on best practices, compliance obligations, and risk‑management strategies and he has experience handling matters before administrative agencies.

Mr. Trang earned his J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and his B.S. in Cell/Molecular Biology from San Diego State University. During law school, he served as Notes Editor for the Science and Technology Law Journal and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics.
