William Carson is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Dallas office. He is a litigator handling commercial litigation and defending large loss cases throughout Texas and California.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carson was an associate at a well-known AmLaw 100 law firm, where he litigated a broad docket of business litigation, breach of contract and catastrophic tort matters.

Mr. William previously served as a law clerk for two different federal judges, first for the Honorable Anne T. Berton of the U.S. District Court – Western District of Texas, and then for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson of the U.S. District Court – Western District of Pennsylvania.

Admitted to practice in Texas and California, he earned his B.A. from the University of California San Diego and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
