Yostina Mishriky is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Newark office. She is a member of the Labor & Employment practice area. Ms. Mishriky has comprehensive experience in Employment Law & Litigation.

Ms. Mishriky provides counseling and sexual harassment/anti-discrimination trainings to both private and public companies throughout New Jersey and New York. She also conducts workplace investigations and assists with general HR matters, as needed, for her clients.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mishriky was actively involved in the Special Education and Health Clinic at Rutgers Law School providing legal services to low-income parents of children with disabilities in special education, early intervention and other school discipline matters. She worked closely with Rutgers New Jersey Medical School’s outpatient Pediatric Primary Care clinic and social workers to address the adverse effects of social detriments on the health and well-being of children with disabilities and their families. Ms. Mishriky appeared before several administrative law judges and advocated for children’s educational rights.

Ms. Mishriky also has experience in medical malpractice defense. She served as an intern at the Attorney General's Office in Newark, New Jersey in the Professional Boards Prosecution Division where she observed medical board hearings before the State and attended investigations of license revocations with health care professionals.
