FMG continues growth of national employment law practice with 15 new attorneys in 9 offices

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, a leading nationwide litigation law firm, is pleased to announce the following attorneys focusing on labor and employment law recently have joined the Firm.

Ben Mathis, FMG’s Managing Partner said, “We continue to see significant and sustained growth in our employment law practice in all our markets. Candice Jackson is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s San Rafael and San Francisco offices. She is chair of the Firm’s Education Team and also practices in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Law and Government Law Practice Sections. Daniel Parker Jett is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Los Angeles office defending management interests in labor and employment litigation. Mr. Jett has worked exclusively in labor and employment litigation for more than 20 years, handling disputes involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour issues, and more, from outset through trial. He is part of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Section. Mr. Blatecky received his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with a minor in International Studies with honors, cum laude, from St. John’s University. Ms. Eller is a graduate of Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the International Law Journal and completed fieldwork in Jordan with BU Law’s International Human Rights Clinic. Kaitlyn Grajek is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Newark and New York City offices. Her practice includes a variety of complex litigation matters with a particular focus on employment claims. Ms. Grajek has defended employers in a diverse range of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts and before federal agencies. Ms. Mitchell earned a B.A. in English literature and minored in global studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. As an undergraduate, she competed on UCLA’s Division I women’s rowing team.
