Heading up FMG’s new Seattle office, Galina Jakobson joins the Firm as Partner, having previously practiced at the law firm Forsberg & Umlauf. Galina has been practicing law for over 20 years focusing her practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation.

Daniel Young will be the resident Partner in FMG’s Wilmington office. Dan joins as a Partner having previously practiced at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP. His practice centers on his labor and employment law, construction and design law, and tort-related litigation.

Ben Mathis, FMG’s Managing Partner, said, “As we start 2024, FMG is energized by the prospect of broadening our footprint with offices in the Pacific Northwest and Mid-Atlantic. Galina and Dan both have the entrepreneurial drive to quickly grow these offices as we have seen our other new FMG markets increase headcount substantially. Wilmington is a key addition where we have had great client demand for a presence in this important business law center. Likewise, adding Seattle to our current presence in California, Nevada, and Arizona is an important addition in executing our Western and Pacific Coast growth strategy.”
