He not only brings his substantial FINRA knowledge but also considerable SEC experience to meet an increasing and critical need of our clients. Under Chad Weaver’s leadership, we have grown our depth dramatically in the last two years in financial services which is a priority practice for us. Kirsten Patzer and Michael will anchor our Boston group and serve clients not only in the northeast but nationally. They join our existing team of 15 FI attorneys and our colleagues Kurt Lofgren and Brian O’Donnell who also recently joined us. Together this talented group of professionals give us a formidable regulatory, compliance and litigation FI capability.”
