Webinar – Wrongs for Which the Law Does Not Offer a Remedy: Examining the Narrowed Scope of Damages Available Under Title IX Post-Cummings

Join us August 12 for a webinar presented by Tia Combs, Ashley Hetzel and Cori Agnoni. First, this course will review the history of Title IX and litigation under the statute. Next, we will examine the holding in the Supreme Court’s decision in Cummings v. Premier Rehab, Inc. Finally, we look at the damages traditionally available under Title IX and how Cummings served to dramatically limit the damages available under this statute and other spending clause statutes.

CLE applied for: GA, IN, KY and OH
