Mr. Sattler is a partner with Freeman Mathis & Gary in the Orange County office.  He is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage, Labor & Employment, and Professional Liability national practice sections.  He is also vice-chair of the firm’s  Data Security, Privacy, and Cyber Liability practice team.  Mr. Sattler is counsel to companies who have sustained a data breach or privacy violation, where he advises and defends those companies on matters concerning their obligations pursuant to breach notification laws, privacy laws and regulations including the TCPA, regulatory investigations, and class action lawsuits.  Mr. Sattler also represents insurers who underwrite cyber liability policies, including technology E&O coverage.  He has handled claims resulting from a variety of data security and privacy liability events, including for instance claims concerning network intrusions, employee data theft, cyber extortion including ransomware, multimedia liability including copyright and trademark infringement, and technology services liability.

Mr. Romvary is an associate with Freeman Mathis & Gary in the Philadelphia office.  He is a member of the Business and Professional Liability, Labor and Employment Law, Construction Litigation National Practice Sections.  Mr. Romvary is also a member of the firms Data Security, Privacy, & Cyber Liability practice team.  Mr. Romvary has substantial experience representing a full range of clients involved in commercial and complex litigation matters.  As a member of the Data Security, Privacy, and Cyber Liability practice team, Mr. Romvary advises and represents businesses in a variety of matters relating to data security, privacy laws and matters affecting intellectual property. Much of his practice involves advising clients on data security practices and incident response preparedness, as well as serving as breach counsel to organizations that have experienced an incident and need guidance on how to respond quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that complies with applicable law while mitigating risk and preserving customer relationships.  Mr. Romvary’s industry and technology background includes cryptography and network security, computer architecture, information security, and computer science.  Mr. Romvary is also knowledgeable of numerous programming paradigms including procedural and object-oriented programming languages.

Mr. Scott is a Principal Consultant with the Digital Forensics division of Envista Forensics.  At Envista, Matt investigates and manages projects related to cyber incidents, computer forensics, and failure analysis of computer network equipment.  With nearly 20 years of experience, Matt is highly proficient in the implementation of various computer forensic tools and data recovery.  Considered a subject matter expert, he provides consulting expertise to the insurance, legal, law enforcement, private corporations, and public communities in matters of computer forensics.
