
Chloe Zidian is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Pittsburgh office. Ms. Zidian is Vice-Chair of the firm's Midwest Employment practice team and is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of employment claims. Ms. Zidian is part of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Law national practice section and is actively involved in the Firm’s Wage and Hour interdisciplinary team. She has been ranked by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2023.
Ms. Zidian regularly defends employers in state and federal court actions, as well as administrative proceedings, such as those before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the City of Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. She is experienced in claims arising out of all aspects of the employment relationship, such as allegations of employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, FMLA and ADA claims, and disputes arising from the enforcement of employment agreements. Ms. Zidian also has experience representing international transportation clients and food service providers in a range of employment-related and general liability matters. In addition to litigation, Ms. Zidian also advises clients on an ongoing basis to address real-time employment questions and provides training and counseling on employment issues.
Ms. Zidian earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in connection with her participation in the Federal Litigation Clinic. Ms. Zidian is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
