Overview

Christopher J. Fleissner is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s El Segundo office. Mr. Fleissner’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation in the areas of professional liability, torts, and labor and employment.

Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Fleissner advised clients on a range of issues in state and federal court litigation. He also worked as an Appellate Law Clerk for Judge Anthony J. Navarro of the Colorado Court of Appeals where he drafted nearly 30 criminal and civil judicial opinions.

While in law school, Mr. Fleissner earned a Certificate in Public Interest Law and an Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award, served as primary editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review, interned for Legal Aid South Africa and the Organized Crime and Gang Section of the United States Department of Justice, and served as a student attorney with the Missouri State Public Defender through the University’s Criminal Justice Clinic where he helped defendants with preliminary hearings, motions, and trial preparation.

Mr. Fleissner earned Juris Doctoris and Master of Laws degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
