David Chang is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Los Angeles - LAX office. Having a wide range of legal experience across the litigation and corporate worlds, he offers a strong yet varied background in commercial litigation.
Mr. Chang is experienced in a variety of civil matters in state and federal court, FINRA, and other regulatory bodies. He has advised employers in matters relating to exposure, business strategy, and response to litigation claims, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation matters. He also represents accountants, financial advisors, real estate agents, and other professionals in claims brought by clients and client successors. Mr. Chang has also represented and advised corporate clients on compliance with government, regulatory, and corporate matters, updating policies and procedures, reducing risk exposure, and navigating the AI landscape.
