Elizabeth Mu is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles - LAX office and a member of the Employment practice group. Her employment litigation includes defending business and management in employment and labor disputes, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and fraud. She also routinely advises and represents clients in representative PAGA cases involving wage-and-hour allegations, including failure to pay regular and overtime wages, meal period and rest break violations, and misclassification issues.
Ms. Mu earned her J.D. from University of San Diego where she was the Research Editor of the San Diego Law Review and served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler and Honorable Margaret M. Mann. Ms. Mu received her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Miami.
