Jack D. Shea is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Cherry Hill and Newark offices and Co-Chair of the firm's Northeast Coverage practice team. Jack’s practice focuses on the defense of insureds and self-insureds in complex commercial litigation. Jack has significant experience in cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, enforcement of non-compete restrictions and other breach of contract claims. He has extensive experience with product liability, construction, professional negligence, trucking and transportation, employment practices and premises liability. Jack has also handled class action cases involving fair debt collection practices and telephone solicitations and marketing.

Jack has significant experience involving insurance coverage matters including asbestos pre-packaged bankruptcy cases, environmental contamination and toxic tort cases involving chemical exposure, hearing loss and repetitive stress. He also handles excess workers’ compensation and employers liability coverage matters.
