Such legal counsel includes workplace violence and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19.
The team also provides legal representation to employers during agency workplace inspections and investigations, whistle-blower investigations, agency settlement negotiations, and trials and appeals of contested citations. The team’s experience includes representation of employers following fatal or catastrophic workplace accidents. For Texas employers which are non-subscribers under the Texas Workers Compensation Act, the team also provides legal representation as to the mitigation, resolution and/or defense of personal injury claims by employees.
