Justin Boron is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey offices. He is an accomplished attorney with experience in a wide array of complex litigation matters with a particular focus on management-side labor and employment, commercial litigation including coverage disputes, and data privacy and cyber claims. He also has substantial experience in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Boron has represented clients in qui tam False Claims Act claims and investigations, denial of health, life, and disability benefits claims, and commercial disputes among third-party administrators, managed care organizations, plan sponsors, and plan fiduciaries related to employee benefit plans.
