Kelli N. Spearman is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Freeman Mathis & Gary. Ms. Spearman is a member of the Labor & Employment practice group and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal law.
Ms. Spearman received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi with a concentration in Banking and Managerial Finance and minor in Insurance and Risk Management. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and recipient of the Donald P. Gilmore, Jr. Memorial Award for Excellence in Labor & Employment Law. After law school, Ms. Spearman clerked for the Honorable Harold A. Hinesley, Chief Judge for the Toombs Judicial Circuit.
