Sean Cho is an Associate in the Los Angeles - Downtown office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Cho is a member of the Firm's Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability Practice Sections.
Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Cho was an associate at an Am200 firm, where he gained experience handling matters involving automobile negligence and premises liability, ranging from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
Mr. Cho is a member of the California State Bar. Mr. Cho earned his BA from the University of California, Berkeley and his JD from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. In law school, he served as the technology chair for the UCI Law Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), was a 3L Class Representative, and research fellow for the Korea Law Center. He also was a student at the UCI Law International Justice Clinic and contributed to filing a comment to the FCC regarding the passage of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (“Section 230”) addressing concerns of infringing upon the right to freedom of opinion and expression guaranteed under international human rights law.
