FMG Adds Additional Lawyers in GA and CA

FMG is pleased to introduce the new attorneys Jennifer Adair, Renata Hoddinott, Bill Janicki, Tom Ward, Elizabeth Fellmeth, Rachael Slimmon, Christopher Lee, Zach Price and Caleb Saggus who have joined us in our California and Atlanta offices.

 
Jennifer Adair joins as a partner in FMG Atlanta office. Jennifer has extensive experience defending clients in matters relating to transportation, construction, A&E, insurance and bad faith, premises liability, product liability, wrongful eviction and foreclosure, property loss, and intentional torts. She is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both jury trials and bench trials. Read more.
 
Renata Hoddinott joins as a partner in the FMG San Francisco office. Ms. Hoddinott is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on professional liability, cyber security and data privacy and insurance coverage, representing insurers, legal professionals, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate professionals in a variety of professional liability matters. Ms. Hoddinott also regularly advises insurers on coverage issues and evaluates and defends insurance bad faith matters. Read more.
 
Bill Janicki joins FMG as a Partner in the  Sacramento office. Mr. Janicki is an accomplished trial lawyer who regularly takes on challenging and complex litigation matters and drives them to achieve a successful result. Read more.
 
Tom Ward joins as a Partner and vice chair of the firm’s Construction and Design National Practice section in FMG’s Atlanta Office. Mr. Ward has years of experience dedicating his practice to matters related to construction claims, surety law, environmental claims, and insurance coverage. He handles cases related to A&E, construction defects, real and personal property damage, and extracontractual and bad faith claims. In addition, he has experience with a variety of environmental law cases, including mold and lead cases, water runoff litigation, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) liability claims. Read more.
 
Elizabeth Fellmeth joins as Senior Counsel in FMG’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. Her practice focuses on business, commercial and employment litigation.  Elizabeth has considerable experience representing clients in proceedings involving state and federal securities law violations, real estate claims, professional liability issues, financial fraud and business disputes. Read more. 
 
Rachael Slimmon joins as Staff Counsel at FMG’s Atlanta office. As part of the firm’s government law section, Ms. Slimmon defends cities, counties, law enforcement officers, and other governmental individuals in civil rights and general liability matters. Ms. Slimmon’s professional liability practice includes the defense of attorneys and other professionals. Read more. 
 
Christopher Lee joins as an Associate in FMG Atlanta office. He will practice in the Government and Tort practice sections. Chris received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Lee was employed by a well-respected regional firm splitting his practice between defending municipal entities and defending corporations in a variety of complex litigation matters. Read more.
 
Zach Price joins as an Associate in FMG’s San Francisco office. Zach has substantial experience in all phases of the litigation process, including case evaluation, discovery, law and motion, trial, and appeals. Zach represents local, national, and international companies in commercial and product liability matters in state and federal court.
