Courtney M. Knight is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Cherry Hill office. She handles labor and employment matters, data security, privacy & technology claims, and tort actions. Ms. Knight is a frequent speaker on topics of mediation and negotiation.
Prior to coming to FMG, Ms. Knight represented private and public entities in employment, contract, and tort litigation at the trial and appellate level and assisted cannabis businesses throughout New Jersey’s legalization process. Ms. Knight has since aided New Jersey employers through policy implementation and litigation related to employee use of medical and recreational cannabis.
