Daniel Parker Jett is a Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office defending management interests in labor and employment litigation. Mr. Jett has worked exclusively in labor and employment litigation for more than 20 years, handling disputes involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour issues, and more, from outset through trial. Mr. Jett has represented employers as large as Fortune 50 companies and as small as micro-enterprises with a dozen employees.
