Daniel Parker Jett is a Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office defending management interests in labor and employment litigation. Mr. Jett is also Vice-Chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Law national practice section, Chair of the firm's Wage and Hour practice team, Co-Chair of the firm's Western Employment team, and Co-Chair of the firm's ERISA practice team. Mr. Jett has worked exclusively in labor and employment litigation for more than 20 years, handling disputes involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour issues, and more, from outset through trial. Mr. Jett has represented employers as large as Fortune 50 companies and as small as micro-enterprises with a dozen employees.
