Morgan M.J. Randle is an Associate in the Pittsburgh office of Freeman Mathis & Gary and focuses her practice on Labor & Employment. Ms. Randle diligently works with clients from the initial phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations and at the administrative level (EEOC/PHRC), through trial. Ms. Randle's specialties include representation and defense of private employers and public entities in responsive pleadings, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, dispositive motions, and trial activities. The claims brought against her clients involve discrimination and retaliation based on any protected characteristic including, race, sex, religious beliefs, national origin, age, and disability. She also defends clients accused of constructive discharge, leave interference, ERISA and FMLA benefit interruptions, wrongful discharge, and whistleblower act violations. Ms. Randle has both bench and jury trial experience.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Randle counsels and trains companies on employment policies and procedures, manuals, contracts, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ms. Randle is admitted before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all United States District Courts within Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Randle learned the inner workings of judicial decision-making as a judicial law clerk following her graduation from Penn State Law. Ms. Randle has a diverse background, with familial ties to England, Japan, and China.
