Sean P. Kelly is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Boston office.
Mr. Kelly previously worked as an Investigator at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he conducted investigations of brokers and broker-dealers and assessed compliance with federal securities law and FINRA rules. At FINRA, Mr. Kelly handled cases involving AML, financial operations, unauthorized trading, investment suitability, supervisory processes, and other sales practice violations.
Mr. Kelly’s practice involves defense of premises liability, commercial and residential property management, landscaping, snow and ice management, and construction industries, as well as negligent security and failure to supervise residential and retail premises claims. He has defended claims involving snowplows, construction equipment, loaders, and other industry machinery. Mr. Kelly has handled catastrophic litigation involving condominium and apartment complex liability cases, franchise and chain store accidents, and fire loss claims involving apartment complexes.
Additionally, Mr. Kelly has experience representing individuals and business entities in complex civil litigation, involving catastrophic personal injury, professional malpractice, product liability, construction contractors or subcontractors, healthcare entities, and financial industry disputes.
Mr. Kelly volunteers with Big Brother Big Sister and assists with the Merrimack College Moot Court Team. In his free time, Mr. Kelly enjoys long-distance running.
